Relatives and friend of the late Maud Assheton, are respectfully advised that a Service of Celebration of her life, will be conducted entirely in All Souls Anglican Church.

Garden flowers to use as a personal tribute in memory of Maud would be appreciated.

Passed away peacefully at Royal Adelaide Hospital in the presence of her loving family.
